About Anna
Anna Marie is grateful to call Candle Lake, SK home for over 30 years. Her life has taken her through many roles—mom, grandmother, partner, coach, volunteer, and 34 years working in both finance and mental health. She is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is a Master Instructor in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills), a self-taught artist, and above all, a woman who never stopped searching for answers.
For over 20 years, Anna Marie has been on a personal healing journey. She faced exhaustion, self-doubt, and the frustration of doing her best to do “everything right” with little results, knowing deep down that something more was going on. After experiencing the dismissal of being told to simply "try harder" while dealing with physiological red flags, she chose a different path.
Today, at 65, she feels stronger, more energized, and more aligned than ever. Now a Certified Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Practitioner, she helps others release what no longer serves them while expanding into Red Light and Bio-Photon Therapy to reconnect people with their true vitality. She believes that if her journey can help even one person take their first step towards feeling better, it's all worth it.
